Did Obama Bring Lawlessness To America We’re Now Trapped In – Think About It News

Did Obama Bring Lawlessness To America We’re Now Trapped In

obama

The level of

lawlessness

we’re seeing today is unprecedented. Is

America

stymied somehow by what Obama did over the last eight years?

Are we somehow “trapped” in some kind of “lawless matrix” that we are being overwhelmed with? It seems that way. What are the causes of lawlessness? What is the meaning of state of lawlessness?

Usually resulting from a failure of government, it’s “a complete denial of all established authority and institutions.” Or a “disturbance of the peace or of public order.”

Barrack

Obama

changed laws and refused to enforce and uphold laws that were already necessary for the peace and security of America.

The ongoing scandal deep within the DNC continues and is reflective of lawlessness in the last days. But this has nothing to do with Republicans or the Russians, so the mainstream media is completely silent.

lawlessnessThe corruption in the DNC is bone-deep lawlessness. The FBI just seized “smashed hard drives” from the former DNC chair, Debbie Wasserman Schultz. (They seem to always destroy the evidence quickly so that their lawlessness stays hidden from the fact, it would incriminate them.)

Wasserman-Schultz and those with high positions in the DNC are accused of rigging the primary election against socialist Bernie Sanders in favor of the overtly corrupt, Hillary Clinton.

That was proven to be true in their very own emails revealed in Wikileaks. The “boldness” of lawlessness we’re witnessing in America is maybe the most stunning thing to witness.

Because of the criminal investigation into fraud at the DNC, Capitol police took custody of laptops and other equipment belonging to Imran Awan, the former aide to both Reps. Marcia Fudge (D-OH) and former DNC chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL).

The Daily Caller reported that the FBI has become part of the investigation by taking custody of the “smashed hard drives” found in Awan’s home. There’s an exorbitant amount of panic within the circle of the corrupt.

Pakistani-born Imran Awan, long-time right-hand IT aide to the former DNC Chairwoman, has since desperately tried to get the hard drives back. Thanks to Awan and his wife Hina Alvi (also a Congressional aide to New York Democrat Gregory Meeks) and their abrupt departure from their home, the smashed hard drives were found and handed over.

The level of corruption and murder that surrounds the DNC and monumentally against Hillary Clinton is too much to sweep under the rug. And yet, so far, that’s where it’s going.

And then on the other side of the issue of lawlessness lies a former pastor from Michigan, who discovered the hard way, informing people of their rights under the law as jurors doesn’t sit well with the U.S. government.

A judge sentenced him Friday to eight weekends in jail, six months of probation, and fines — all for passing out pamphlets discussing jury nullification.

lawlessnessKeith Wood said passing out the information is well within his constitutional rights to inform potential and selected jurors that, enshrined in the Bill of Rights lies the potent ability to find a defendant not guilty if the law in question is unjust, flawed, or otherwise untenable — even if the accused indeed technically violated.

Jury nullification thus arguably acts as citizens’ access to checks and balances: When legislators craft worthless, harmful, inequitable, or just plain ‘bad’ laws, jurors can, in essence, refuse to enforce any punitive measures — refusing to find a person guilty of breaking a law that never should have been inked into the books.

This is a tool that works when used consistently to thwart oppressive policy. Lawlessness and unfairness of the legal system.

A good example of this is continued federal prohibition of cannabis and transformed public sentiment, as anti-marijuana propaganda falls apart at its politicized roots for the incarceration nightmare it created.

Jurors faced with a choice in guilt of sending a nonviolent drug offender to prison might instead find the concept of incarcerating this petty ‘criminal’ who had done no harm to another unethical and ill-conceived — and choose instead a finding of not guilty to compensate for the unjust law.

But most judges refuse to or have strict rules against informing jurors about the little-known nullification right; so, Wood’s education activism, handing out pamphlets from the Fully Informed Jury Association (FIJA), entitled “Your Jury Rights: True or False?” in front of the court in Big Rapids, led to a verdict of guilty for attempting to influence a jury in Mecosta County.

Initially, Wood had been charged with a felony which was dropped last March, for obstructing justice, and a misdemeanor jury tampering, carrying potential sentences of five years and one year, respectively; but prosecutors ultimately sought a sentence of 45 consecutive days with fines.

District Judge Kimberly Booher concurred the father of eight, husband, and sole family breadwinner should serve time, but felt the requested sentence too harsh in light of the circumstances and for his lack of prior offenses, ruling instead he will spend eight consecutive weekends in jail and work 120 hours of community service — suspended — provided he completes six months of probation without issue.

lawlessnessBut the judge wasted no time having Wood begin his sentence, stating, after delivering the verdict, “He’s going straight to jail today.”

Then, we have the massive spying on our own citizens. The National Security Agency (NSA) and FBI violated specific civil liberty protections during the Obama administration by improperly searching and disseminating raw intelligence on Americans or failing to promptly delete unauthorized intercepts, according to newly declassified memos that provide some of the richest detail to date on the spy agencies’ ability to obey their own rules.

They detail specific violations that the NSA or FBI disclosed to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court or the Justice Department’s national security division during President Obama’s tenure between 2009 and 2016.

The NSA says that the missteps amount to a small number — less than 1 percent — when compared to the hundreds of thousands of specific phone numbers and email addresses the agencies intercepted through the so-called Section 702 warrantless spying program created by Congress in late 2008.

Critics say the memos undercut the intelligence community’s claim that it has robust protections for Americans incidentally intercepted under the program.

This is just plain lawlessness and against our constitutional rights as Americans.

“Americans should be alarmed that the NSA is vacuuming up their emails and phone calls without a warrant,” said Patrick Toomey, an ACLU staff attorney in New York who helped pursue the FOIA litigation. “The NSA claims it has rules to protect our privacy, but it turns out those rules are weak, full of loopholes, and violated again and again.”

Section 702 empowers the NSA to spy on foreign powers and to retain and use certain intercepted data that was incidentally collected on Americans under strict privacy protections. Wrongly collected information is supposed to be immediately destroyed.

The Obama government admitted improperly searching the NSA’s foreign intercept data on multiple occasions, including one instance in which an analyst ran the same search query about an American “every work day” for a period between 2013 and 2014.

lawlessnessThere also were several instances in which Americans’ unmasked names were improperly shared inside the intelligence community without being redacted, a violation of the so-called minimization procedures that Obama loosened in 2011 that are supposed to protect Americans’ identity from disclosure when they are intercepted without a warrant.

Numerous times improperly unmasked information about Americans had to be recalled and purged after the fact, the memos stated. This is lawlessness against law abiding citizens!

And then we have the MOST egregious cases of abuse of the 1st ammendment I can ever recall…. A congressman calling for the “elimination” of a sitting President!

Is it proper for a sitting member of Congress to call for the president of the United States to be “eliminated”?

Despite all of the chaos and all of the violence that we have seen so far, Democrats continue to stir up even more anger and even more hatred.

Words have power, and our leaders need to be very careful about how they use them. America is the most divided that it’s been in my entire lifetime, and it isn’t going to take too much to push America into a state of full-blown civil unrest.

U.S. Representative Luis Gutierrez (D-Ill.) is a very gifted public speaker. If he chose to use that gift for good instead of lawlessness, he could make a tremendous difference in this country. But instead, he is using his gift to encourage people to hate President Trump.

During a recent appearance at Chicago’s Lincoln United Methodist Church on Saturday, Gutierrez actually referred to Trump as a “criminal” multiple times…

“The major criminal that exists in the United States of America is called Donald Trump [and] he lives at 1600 Pennsylvania Av at the White House,” Gutierrez stormed.

lawlessness“Someone who takes health care away from 33 million people is a criminal,” he said.

But he didn’t stop there. Gutierrez went on to tell the congregation that Trump must be “eliminated” as soon as possible…

He invited the congregation to “take action” and take back the Congress so that Trump could be put before the Senate in impeachment proceedings.

Gutierrez said Trump must be “eliminated… as the president of the United States of America.”

Gutierrez’s remarks are definitely chilling, especially considering what else we have learned lately.

Recently, Pastor Rodney Howard-Browne revealed that a prominent member of Congress told him that “there is a plot on Capitol Hill to take the president out”, and that this plot would result in Trump being “removed suddenly from office”…

The pastor said he related the same story on the CBN network but “they cut it out” and that he had decided “to go public with this because we have to.”

He said there is a plot on Capitol Hill to take the president out, I said you mean by impeachment or by indictment – he said no, to take him out, he will be removed suddenly from office,” said Howard-Browne, before adding, “you can read between the lines”.

The Congressman the pastor spoke to has been in office since 1996. And he went on to tell Pastor Rodney Howard-Browne “there’s nothing we can do to stop it.”

President Trump’s own party are stabbing him in the back. Many establishment Republicans hate Trump as much as the Democrats do, and they would not cry any tears if Trump was somehow removed from power.

We are at a critical moment in our history. For decades, the elite have had a hammerlock on our political system, and that’s why nothing has ever seemed to change, no matter which party was in power.

AmericaThere has always been corruption in our government, but during the years of Obama, it seems as though the “foothold has become a real stronghold” for the lawless of our country!

What does the bible say about lawlessness in the last days? It says lawlessness will abound. And wickedness will increase. Wickedness in the world today is rampant, not just in America, but the world as whole.
